Our Founder, Nancy Nghia Do has over 20 years working experience in client services, human resource operation management and customer care industry.

She is a Christian who has a strong passion in helping people especially the elders. This comes from her personal experience from caring of her belated husband throughout his cancer treatment in the hospital and she gained lots of experience in working with doctors & nurses and dealing with many difficult & traumatic situations.

In 2023, her closed friend got an accident which causes Coma and she helped to take care of her friend in the ICU until her friend recovered and returned home for almost 1 year. She does believe that God has plans for her. After looking back on all things that had happened to her is the reason what pursues her to make this dream come true by helping senior to enjoy a better & meaningful life everyday.

Executive Assistant, Nikki Nhan Ho is also a Christian who has nearly 14 years working experience in human resource and hospitality management. Especially, She has over 1 year working at Palo Alto Commons Senior Living to serve senior there which made her love & understand senior more.

Nikki had gained proffessional working environment of doing social activities and developed a high sense of responsibilities to complete all of her task on time.
